The company's roots stretch back to Equipmentfacts in 2000 — one of the first major online auction marketplaces for equipment and trucks — which gave the founding team an early, ground-level understanding of how online auctions actually work.
That real-world experience became the foundation of Auction Techs, launched in 2020 to give auctioneers white-label software with real support. AuctionEXT followed in 2021, building the next layer: private-label architecture, AI bidder tools, blockchain-backed data, and scalable platform engineering. In 2025, Unovance introduced the industry's first true private-label auction platform. In 2026, both companies unified under Unovance Global.
