Unovance Global
Format · Third-Party Auction Integration

Connect your stack to the Unovance auction engine.

Bring external platforms, marketplaces, and inventory feeds into one auction engine — without surrendering your brand, your bidder data, or your buyer relationship.

Third-party auction integration lets you wire outside systems into the Unovance engine: pull lots from a DMS or ERP, syndicate selected inventory to external marketplaces, and push live results back into accounting, CRM, and settlement tools. The auction runs on your branded platform — everything else simply plugs in.

It is built for auction houses that already run a stack — feeds, consignor systems, and downstream finance — and want to stop re-keying data between them. Lots flow in through CSV, XML, or API; bids, sales, and payment status flow out through real-time webhooks.

The reason it matters is ownership. You can reach for external audiences when you want them, but your platform stays the system of record. The bidder data and buyer relationship never get rented back to you by a marketplace — they remain yours.

Capabilities

One engine, connected to everything you run.

Inventory & lot feeds

Pull catalog data from DMS, ERP, and consignor feeds via CSV, XML, or API so lots populate without re-keying every line.

Marketplace syndication

Push selected lots out to external marketplaces and aggregators while your branded platform stays the system of record.

Open API & webhooks

Real-time webhooks fire on bids, sales, and status changes so settlements, accounting, and CRM tools stay in step.

Two-way result sync

Hammer prices, buyer details, and payment status flow back into your downstream systems automatically after every event.

Frequently asked questions

What can I connect to the Unovance auction engine?+

External marketplaces, inventory and DMS feeds, accounting and CRM systems, payment processors, and your own internal tools. Connections run through documented REST APIs, webhooks, and scheduled feed imports in CSV or XML.

Will syndicating to a marketplace cost me ownership of my buyers?+

No. With Unovance your branded platform remains the system of record. You can list lots on external channels for reach, but bidder data, buyer relationships, and settlement stay with you — not the marketplace.

Do I need developers to set up an integration?+

Common feeds and syndication targets are configured in the dashboard with mapping tools. For custom systems, our open API and webhooks let your team — or ours — build the exact connection you need.

How do auction results get back into my other systems?+

After each event, hammer prices, winning bidders, invoices, and payment status are exposed through webhooks and the API, so accounting, CRM, and inventory records update without manual export.
